Location: Heritage Park, 4425 W Cedar Hills Drive

Hours: Friday 11am to 8pm & Saturday 9am to 8pm (rain or shine!)

Mobile vendors are accepted upon the following condition: No sales of any products being sold by the carnival, food trucks, or other vendors, including other mobile vendors.

I understand that I will not be allowed to solicit sales in the area west of the tree line in Heritage Park next to the carnival area.

The City of Cedar Hills is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any vendor items or equipment at any time during the festival.

Parents and legal guardians of children under 18 are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children.

The Cedar Hills Family Festival is a family-oriented event. We request that all vendors honor the focus of this event and only provide materials appropriate for families.

The vendor fee of $25 is good for both days of the festival.
