Vendor applications end Saturday, May 25, 2019, at 9:00 p.m.

Event Dates: Friday & Saturday, June 7 & 8, 2019

Location: Heritage Park, 4425 W Cedar Hills Drive

Hours: Friday 11am to 8pm & Saturday 9am to 8pm (rain or shine!)

Vendors must be in place 30 minutes prior to Saturday start time

Festival sponsors will receive priority locations
Vendors with power generators will be located in a common area

Special Note: Vendors are not allowed to keep pets in their booth area or at the festival site.

Vendor Agreement

The Cedar Hills Family Festival is a family-oriented event. We request that all vendors honor the focus of this event and only provide materials appropriate for families.

The City of Cedar Hills is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any vendor items or equipment at any time during the festival.
