Location: Heritage Park, 4425 W Cedar Hills Drive

Hours: Friday 11am to 8pm & Saturday 10am to 8pm (rain or shine!)

Vendors must be in place 30 minutes prior to Saturday start time

Vendor locations will be assigned randomly, with the following exceptions:

Festival sponsors will receive priority locations
​Vendors with power generators will be located in a common area

Special Note: Vendors are not allowed to keep pets in their booth area or at the festival site.

Please provide ONE of the following three forms of identification for the Utah State Sales Tax licensing department.

Food Vendors: Food truck sites are sold out. We are not able to accept any more food truck applications. However, we DO have sites available for food vendors in booths.

Vendors are responsible for their own power and water, if required. 

The Cedar Hills Family Festival is a family-oriented event. We request that all vendors honor the focus of this event and only provide materials appropriate for families.

The City of Cedar Hills is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any vendor items or equipment at any time during the festival.

Vendor Application Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation prior to May 4th: full application fee refund less a $15 processing fee

Cancellation from May 4th through May 20th: 50% application fee refund assuming we can find a replacement vendor otherwise no refund

Cancellation on or after May 21st: no refund

Cedar Hills Resident: $35

Non-Resident: $50

Note: The fee is $35 / $50 per one space. You must pay an additional $35 / $50 for each space requested.

(i.e. 2 spaces = $70 / $100, 3 spaces = $105 / $150, etc.)
