Welcome to the Installation Permit E-Form
​for the City of Cedar Hills, Utah

This is an all-purpose e-form for the installation of appliances, pressurized irrigation, fences, decks, sheds, retaining walls, etc. You will be given an opportunity to attach the required plans before finalizing the form.

There is a $53 inspection fee for appliance installations requiring gas, water, and/or electricity. All others are no charge. To pay the $53 inspection fee for appliances, please click on the dollar-sign icon at the bottom of the form BEFORE you e-sign the form.

Make sure that after you enter your payment information you sign the application and click "Finalize and Submit."



Your application will NOT be received unless you follow the steps correctly.

HVAC contractors shall provide or attach documentation, which indicates that the proposed equipment installation has been properly sized to meet code requirements.
