Mobile Vendor Application & Agreement

Event Dates: Friday & Saturday, June 8 & 9, 2018

Location: Heritage Park, 4425 W Cedar Hills Drive

Hours: Friday 11am to 8pm & Saturday 10:30 to 8pm (rain or shine!)

Please contact vendor coordinator Keith Irwin for clearance before you submit the application. The mobile vendor option is only available to Cedar Hills residents.

Section II: Agreement

The City of Cedar Hills is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any vendor items or equipment at any time during the festival.

Parents and legal guardians of children under 18 are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children.

The Cedar Hills Family Festival is a family-oriented event. We request that all vendors honor the focus of this event and only provide materials appropriate for families.
