Welcome to the City of Cedar Hills!

RENTERS: Please complete the following form, e-sign it, and submit it from any device. However, before our office can process your request, we must receive the city's one-page Landlord Agreement, which gives us permission to set up an account for you and verifies the current owner of the property. The Landlord Agreement must be completed and signed by the owner of the property. It is available at cedarhills.org under "Forms."

PLEASE READ: 
After you click 'Complete' in the payment portal, you will then be prompted to FINALIZE AND SUBMIT the form. If you exit the payment portal window early, your utility application will not be received. Your submission is complete when you reach the Thank You page.
*All homes connected to the City of Cedar Hills Pressurized Irrigation System must comply with the terms of the Connection Agreement.
